Knjigomat e-book store was struggling with customer inquiries about book availability, recommendations, and content searches. Customers couldn't easily find books based on themes, topics, or specific content within books. The manual customer support process was time-consuming, limited to business hours, and couldn't provide instant, accurate responses about the vast book catalog.
